This shop has been selling traditional snacks for over a decade, including at mall events, without wheat flour. Everything is vegan except for Khanom Ping, which can last for 2 weeks.
Traditional Snacks • Soft Ko: Rare, homemade, with black and yellow bean filling, sweet, similar to mochi. • Ko with Taro Filling: Generous pandan and black sesame filling. • Ko Coin: Filled with black sesame or pumpkin, melts in the mouth with hot tea; all use rice flour. • Duck Neck Snack: With bean paste or soft (filling-free), sticky rice flour mixed with tapioca flour, sesame, sticky, soft, sweet. • Khanom Ping: Large/small sizes, made from flour, coconut milk, sugar; large ones are baked dry, small ones are fluffy and dry from charcoal stove. • Thong Muan: Fragrant, available in sweet and salty, with coconut milk, sugar, palm sugar. • Tup Tup Candy: Beans cooked with sugar then finely crushed.
Dry items have less sugar, while non-dry versions are sweeter. #No additives
