Coconut Pudding

When she was a young girl, her mother sold coconut pudding carried on a shoulder pole. Growing up, she’d like to find more earnings, so she decided to sell coconut pudding with pandan leaf flavor like what her mother had done as an example and started adding more dessert to her shop. She’s been selling at the Taling Chan floating market since 2015. The name of the shop “ป้าบุญ” i.e. aunty Boon refers to her older sister who sold coconut pudding and could remember their mother’s coconut pudding and other Thai dessert recipes.
