It's not completely homemade as I saw her taking it out of the cooler. But it tasted good and definitely clean and up to factory standard to the least. The herb one smelled good but was too spicy for me.

Typical isaan sausages. texture when biting in is amazing. It kinda pop like a bubble in your moutb and the inside is juicy. Between the sour and not sour one, I like the sour one more because its more tasteful.
